Page v1.0 (WCX v4.11) for users without page sysop access



Page v1.0 is a Wildcat! BBS v4.11 WCX program that

replaces your Page Sysop menu function with a program that

politely explains to users whose security levels do not

include Page Sysop access that they can get Page Sysop access

by sending a contribution and having their security level

raised.  It then asks them to leave a Comment to the Sysop.

Users whose security level already have Page SysOp access

see the normal Page Sysop function.  Source code included.
