UserKill v1.0 (WCX v4.11) deletes inactive user accounts



     UserKill v1.0 is a Wildcat! BBS v4.11 WCX program that deletes

     your inactive user accounts.  Options include number of days of 

     inactivity, inactive account maintenance fees, and

     interactive or event mode operation.
